Rest Day Child Registration

We are excited to announce that our next rest day will be on Saturday March 29th from 1 PM - 4 PM at Grace Fellowship Church!

Please register your child for REST Day by completing this form. Each child, including siblings, must have a separate form.

For any Fields that do not pertain to that child, simply put “N/A.”

We will be in touch the week before Rest Day to provide you with more information. The deadline to register is

March 22, 2025.

We encourage you to log in or create an account (top right) so this and future registrations will pre-fill some of your child’s information.
